About the place
The hotel grew out of a 1930s villa and has three pavilions: the Villa, the Lake Wing and the Pool Pavilion. The decor is minimalist, with natural materials, paintings and sculptures on sea themes, and the balconies look east over the sea and west over Lake Techirghiol.
The spa has an indoor pool at 28 °C, a jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas and a physiotherapy room; massages and therapies are booked at reception. The restaurant cooks Dobrujan dishes with a Mediterranean touch and is open daily from 8 to 22, also to non-residents. In summer, guests get a sunbed and umbrella on the beach in front of the hotel.
